For Apple silicon Macs · macOS 14 or newer.
The first time, macOS may say it can’t verify Zeit (it isn’t notarized by Apple yet). Open System Settings, then Privacy & Security, scroll down and click “Open Anyway” (it only shows up right after you tried to open Zeit). You only need to do this once.
